Thank you for choosing ShubhAkshar. We create personalized handmade name-art sketches, including customized Ganeshji artwork made using names, initials, or special words provided by the customer.

Since our products are handmade and customized for each order, our refund and cancellation policy is different from standard ready-made products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the artwork or design process has not started.

Once the customization, sketching, designing, framing, lamination, or packaging process has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the product is specially made for the customer.

Refund Policy

As all products sold by ShubhAkshar are personalized and made-to-order, we generally do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed and the design work has started.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• The order has been cancelled within the permitted cancellation window.
• The product delivered is different from the order placed.
• The name or spelling is incorrect due to an error from our side.
• The product is damaged during delivery and valid proof is shared.
• The order could not be fulfilled by us due to any unavoidable reason.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Incorrect name, spelling, date, or details provided by the customer.
• Change of mind after placing the order.
• Delay caused by courier/logistics partner.
• Minor handmade variations in design, strokes, color, texture, or finishing.
• Customer not liking the final handmade style after approving the concept/order.
• Damage caused after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged product or a wrong product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must share:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the damaged/wrong product
• Unboxing video, if available
• Photos of the outer packaging

After verification, we may offer a replacement, correction, or refund depending on the case.

Customized Product Disclaimer

Every artwork created by ShubhAkshar is handmade. Slight differences in line work, texture, color shade, paper finish, lamination, frame finish, or design placement may occur.

These natural variations are part of handmade art and will not be considered as defects.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Replacement Policy

In genuine cases of damage, wrong product, or error from our side, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement will be processed only after verification of the issue.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error from our side.
