Products and Customization
ShubhAkshar creates customized handmade artworks using names, initials, words, or details provided by the customer. Our artworks may include Ganeshji name-art, Radha Krishna name-art, couple name-art, surname art, and other personalized artistic concepts.
Since every product is handmade and customized, each artwork may have natural variations in design, strokes, texture, color shade, finishing, paper, frame, or placement. These variations are part of handmade art and will not be considered defects.

The customer is responsible for providing correct details at the time of placing the order, including:

Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully received and order details are submitted by the customer.
Once the design, sketching, customization, framing, lamination, or packaging process has started, cancellation may not be possible because the product is made specially for the customer.
Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price paid for that order will remain valid.
Payments may be accepted through available payment methods on the website, including payment gateway, UPI, cards, net banking, or other supported modes.
Shipping and Delivery

As our products are personalized and handmade, refunds are generally not provided once work has started, except in cases such as wrong product delivery, damage during delivery, error from our side, or inability to fulfil the order.

All designs, concepts, sketches, product images, logo, brand name, website content, and creative material displayed on our website or social media pages are the property of Truepixel Media LLP / ShubhAkshar, unless otherwise stated.

Since our products are handmade, the final artwork may slightly differ from sample images in terms of layout, strokes, shade, detailing, size, or finishing.
Use of Customer Artwork for Promotion
By placing an order, the customer allows ShubhAkshar to use photos or videos of the final artwork for portfolio, website, Instagram, advertisement, and promotional purposes.
However, if the customer does not want their artwork to be displayed publicly, they may inform us in writing at the time of placing the order.
Limitation of Liability
ShubhAkshar / Truepixel Media LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, website, or services.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.

Customers agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content, upload harmful material, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
